Rather than focusing solely on personal growth or introductory exploration, this level of work supports those who are prepared to deepen their skills, refine their practice, and engage with their role as practitioners with greater clarity and integrity. The focus is on developing discernment, strengthening professional responsibility, and cultivating the capacity to hold space for others in a meaningful, ethical, and sustainable way. This includes not only honing techniques and expanding knowledge, but also embodying the principles of the work so they can be applied with confidence in real-world client or community settings. Ultimately, these offerings are designed to help practitioners evolve beyond self-development into service-oriented leadership, where their work can have a broader and more impactful reach.
What This Path Includes
Advanced Study within this path may include a wide range of immersive and experiential practices designed to support both personal mastery and responsible facilitation. These can include journey leadership and guided shamanic journeying, in-depth source-text inquiry into traditional teachings, despacho ceremony work rooted in Andean cosmology, and advanced Shamanic Yoga practices that integrate movement, breath, and energetic awareness.
At this level, these practices are not approached as techniques to perform or skills to display, but as sacred responsibilities to embody with care, humility, and integrity. Emphasis is placed on developing a deep relationship with the work, understanding the cultural and energetic context of each practice, and cultivating the maturity required to serve others safely and ethically.

Advanced Study is a dedicated pathway for practitioners who have completed significant foundational training and are ready to deepen into more serious, committed work in the shamanic and yogic arts. It focuses on refinement, integrity, and the capacity to serve beyond personal development alone, supporting you to step into advanced practice and leadership in a grounded way.
This level of study is intended for practitioners who already have experience in shamanic practice, yoga, or healing work and feel called to take greater responsibility for the spaces they hold. It is best suited to those who are ready to move beyond introductory learning and into mentorship, initiation, and advanced ceremonial and healing practice.
Advanced Study may include practices such as journey leadership, source-text inquiry, despacho ceremony work, advanced Shamanic Yoga, soul retrieval, land retrieval, extraction, and illumination. It can also encompass psychopomp work, fire ceremony, initiatory rites, and Medicine Wheel work in relationship with the land, all held within a framework of ethical, responsible service.
Unlike short-term workshops or introductory trainings, Advanced Study is entered as a practice of responsibility rather than performance or technique acquisition. The emphasis is on embodiment, relational accountability, and developing the discernment needed to work with clients, communities, and the land in a way that is safe, respectful, and aligned with the lineages informing the work.
Practitioners are invited into an ongoing, disciplined engagement with their practice, their teachers, and their communities. This includes a willingness to be mentored, to sit in honest reflection, to uphold ethical boundaries, and to approach all advanced practices—such as soul and land retrieval, extraction, illumination, and ceremonial work—as long-term paths of service rather than tools to use or identities to perform.
