Shamanic Yoga Mountain Practice

Join Shamanic Yoga Institute Teachers Christine Selda, Rochelle Quarry, Lorena Quintero and Gin Perry for Mountain top Shamanic Yoga. Everyone is welcome! This is a Karma Yoga Free class, bring your love for this special mountain: Siam Smanit – Stawamus Chief. We will hike up at 6:30am from the bulletin board at the base, near the parking lot and campsite. Join us hiking or at the top where we ring the bell for our ancestors on first peak. We will stay for a Yoga practice from around 7:30-8:30am. You can join at anytime, top or bottom. This is a very informal event meant to honour our mountain and build community and meet the teachers for our next Shamanic Yoga Teacher Training. No yoga or hiking experience necessary.
