The session will include a carefully structured series of asanas, approached in a therapeutic and accessible way, along with pranayama and selected subtle movements to awaken energy, release stagnation and prepare the body and mind for deeper practice.

The session will close with chanting of mantras, offering space to integrate the practice through sound, devotion and inner stillness.
